1. The pulverized coal burner is supplied as an assembly consisting of the nozzle body and pulverized coal air duct, which can be assembled separately. It includes components such as the nozzle sleeve, rolling mechanisms, and devices for fixation and adjustment.
2. The pulverized coal burner is designed to offer exceptional wear and heat resistance. The materials used for the nozzle and bluff body can be tailored to meet customer requirements. The windward surface of the bluff body and the supporting rib plate are treated with high chromium-molybdenum anti-wear alloys through surfacing or are bonded with ceramic sheets for enhanced wear resistance. The thickness of the surfacing layer exceeds 5mm, with the hardness of the surfacing layer being HRC ≥ 60.
Classification of Burners:
1. Burners are categorized according to the boiler design into four types: four-corner cut-circle, front and rear wall hedge, and W type.
2. Burners are also classified based on ignition methods into plasma ignition and micro-oil ignition types.
3. The four-corner cut-circle burner includes various components: primary air, secondary air, tertiary air, burnout air, among others, which can be configured as swing burners or fixed burners.
4. The front and rear wall hedge burners consist of DC primary air, DC secondary air, and swirl secondary air configurations.
