Wear-resistant cast steel uses chromium-based white cast steel, which is a cast steel with good wear resistance. It has shown significant advantages in some occasions. For conditions where there is a mutual interaction between corrosive media and particle erosion, it is more appropriate to use white cast steel. Under dry working conditions, the material is mainly failed by wear, so a high-chromium cast steel material that can obtain a martensitic matrix through heat treatment is selected.
Steel-steel composite bimetallic pipes are cast using a lost foam vacuum casting composite process. This composite process fills the gap in my country's anti-corrosion and wear-resistant industrial pipelines, and solves the problem that elbows cannot be composited. Elbows and other special-shaped pipelines can be composited as a whole, changing the traditional process of using folding lines to make elbows and other special-shaped pipelines. It does not change the flow trajectory of materials in the elbows, and greatly reduces the resistance to material transportation.
