Fully enclosed double core adjustable shrinkage hole

SDN type double core adjustable shrinkage hole is used for the powder delivery pipeline of coal-fired boilers to adjust the balance of coal powder wind pressure in the pipeline and ensure the stability of boiler combustion.

Features
1. The double core adjustable shrinkage hole plate is used. The double core plate reciprocates from the center of the pipeline to the outside to adjust the opening area. The coal powder in the pipeline always flows in the center of the pipeline, which solves the disadvantage of eccentric flow of coal powder in the second-generation adjustable shrinkage hole, reduces flow loss, avoids excessive wear of the pipe wall, and thus prolongs the service life of the powder delivery pipeline.
2. A sealing device is designed, and the coal powder can never be strung into the shrinkage hole, so it can always maintain a flexible opening and closing state and a long service life.
3. The dial and indicator needle for adjusting the opening are designed. The dial shows the percentage of cross-sectional area adjustment and the stroke, which is very convenient and intuitive to adjust.
