Our factory uses high-purity alumina tiles (92% or 95% Al2O3) to create a protective barrier that is significantly harder than the steel itself. We utilize a proprietary "interlocking tile" design, where each tile is shaped to fit the specific radius of the elbow, ensuring a tight fit and a smooth transition between pieces. Our manufacturing process involves precision welding of the steel elbow, followed by internal sandblasting and the application of high-strength industrial adhesives. For high-temperature or high-impact applications, we also offer "weld-on" tiles that are mechanically fastened for extra security. As a direct manufacturer, we can produce elbows in any angle—from 15° to 90°—and with any radius required by your piping layout. We focus on minimizing the "joint-gap" between tiles, which is the key to preventing turbulence and premature failure.
