We utilize a proprietary "interlocking tile" design, where each tile is shaped to fit the specific radius of the elbow, ensuring a tight fit and a smooth transition between pieces. Our manufacturing process involves precision welding of the steel elbow, followed by internal sandblasting and the application of high-strength industrial adhesives. For high-temperature or high-impact applications, we also offer "weld-on" tiles that are mechanically fastened for extra security. As a direct manufacturer, we can produce elbows in any angle—from 15° to 90°—and with any radius required by your piping layout. We focus on minimizing the "joint-gap" between tiles, which is the key to preventing turbulence and premature failure. Every elbow is subjected to a comprehensive quality check, including a "tap test" to ensure 100% adhesive coverage and a dimensional check to ensure the flanges are perfectly parallel. We provide full CAD documentation and material certificates for both the steel and the ceramic lining, ensuring full traceability for your project.
